My creative process starts with my own observations and my life experiences. I keep an open mind to understand the various cultures and behaviors of people, for this reason my work goes through different stages, but always keeping the emphasis in color and texture. I work in mixed media, acrylics and fiber arts; I feel passionate about the line and play with colors and texture, working with materials like paper, burlab, wire mesh, fabrics, etc. I collect different materials. In choosing them I have to ensure they relate to each other on the canvas; it's about the rational and the random melting together.
