Out of all the creations on earth, Dana believes people are the most interesting. She choses to photograph people in their everyday environments, because nothing tells more about a person than what they chose to surround themselves with. While Dana was attaining her BFA at SUNY New Paltz, she began taking documentary style portraits of the elderly. She soon moved on to documenting men and women in their 20's and 30's accompanied with information about their education level, current profession and amount of debt.
